All of our cleaners are personally interviewed and pass a nationwide detailed background check. We do not hire anyone unless they are trustworthy and have a clean record.

Yes, we provide all cleaning supplies, products and equipment, unless there is a specific request for a certain service.
For our own health, safety, and liability concerns, we do not clean/perform the following: blinds that are prone to breaking (ex. white flimsy blinds), hoarder homes, biohazards (feces, urine, vomit, blood, drug paraphernalia, etc), infestations (bugs, pests, etc), climb/use second story ladders, etc.
If you're not happy with your cleaning, please let us know within hours of your clean! We will come out and re-clean as soon as we can at no additional charge to you. Customer satisfaction is our number one priority.
We have three levels of security in place. First off our booking page is protected by extended validation SSL. Secondly, our booking form has it’s own layer of 256 bit security. Third, credit card transactions are processed by Stripe and is layered on their own 256 security protocol. In addition, no credit card numbers are stored in our system (only a token that allows us to charge the card). Rest assured we take security very very seriously.
Life happens and that's okay! In the event that something comes up, we just ask that you respond to our reminders and let us know at least 48 hours in advance. Anything canceled less than 24-48 hours in advance will be subject to cancellation fees, which go right to our cleaners for the loss of work that day.

Great question. Routine cleans are done for customers on a recurring schedule. We know the home, we've already deep cleaned it, and we're keeping things in tip-top shape. Deep cleans are for first time cleans (the nitty gritty). The first time we visit a new home, we will wipe down all fan blades, doors, door frames, windowsills, window frames, baseboards, etc. Move-in/out cleans are for EMPTY homes! These include everything the deep clean does, plus the insides of all cabinets, closets, drawers, etc.
Typically for initial deep cleans and move-in/out cleans, we like to send a team of two cleaners. This helps us make sure we have enough elbow grease to get through everything in a timely manner (we don't want one cleaner to be in your house for 6-10 hours alone). For recurring/routine cleans, these will most normally just be one cleaner.
Nope! If it is our first visit and you can be home, we would love to meet you and have you walk us through your home. If not, that's okay too. You can leave a hidden key or a door code and we will be sure to lock up before leaving.
We base our pricing on three variables - number of bedrooms, number of bathrooms, and square footage. We also offer flexible pricing if you're only looking for specific areas of your home to be cleaned. Call or text us any time for a free quote!
Absolutely! We are fully insured to do all of the work we will be performing so you can have a peace of mind while we're in your home. Want to see our certificate of liability? No problem, just ask!
Of course, we love pets too! Please let us know in advance if any of your pets are not friendly prior to our arrival so we can come up with a plan to keep everyone happy and comfortable.
When it comes to our checklist, nope! That's our job. If you could clear your sink of any dishes and pick up any dirty clothes/toys on the floor prior to our arrival, that would be a big help. This ensures us the ability to get to all of the cracks and crevices that we need to get to.
Yes you can! Our extras are as follows: inside oven, inside fridge, and windows. For windows, we can clean just the glass itself (interior only), or we can clean the glass and window tracks.
